Dr. Teri Mitchell, CDP is a San Francisco Bay Area native who is honored to care for the community that helped shape her. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Dr. Mitchell also brings additional training and perspective to the care of older adults and patients experiencing cognitive decline.
Dr. Mitchell attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she completed both her dental training and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Her advanced clinical training allows her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on prevention and improving long-term oral health outcomes.
She remains actively involved in organized dentistry and professional advancement through membership in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Southern Alameda County Dental Society. Dr. Mitchell’s professional interests include dental public health and supporting innovative models of care that better serve aging and vulnerable populations.
